FP&A Analyst

Alo is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as an FP&A Analyst. This role focuses on supporting our rapidly expanding E-Commerce channel, collaborating closely with Digital Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to provide financial insights and drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reporting deliverables. The analyst will partner with Accounting to support the monthly close process, including variance and accrual analysis. Additionally, the role involves tracking and analyzing web profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for improving profitability and cost structures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance-related work, particularly in corporate or operations finance. Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer sectors is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include a paid time off policy and a variety of progressive benefits.
