Fixture Design, Senior Manager
The Senior Fixture Design Manager at Alo Yoga will lead the development and implementation of innovative fixture designs within the Architecture + Design team. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Merchandising Teams to create and manage a comprehensive fixture design program, from initial concepts through to fabrication. Alo Yoga is a rapidly growing company seeking a seasoned professional with a refined aesthetic who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed AutoCAD drawings and 3D models for new store fixtures, displays, and millwork. The manager will oversee the library of technical shop drawings, maintain a comprehensive collection of fixture designs and specifications, and manage the workflow, scheduling, and rollout timelines for fixture designs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with merchandising teams on new rollouts and managing the intake and rollout calendar for fixtures.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field, along with 10-15 years of experience in fixture design, millwork, furniture, or cabinetry production. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 per year, with potential for performance bonuses and long-term incentives.
