Gong is seeking an EMEA Field Operations Senior Manager to support its Upmarket (ERU) segment and Industry Expansion Business Unit, focusing on growth in Healthcare, Financial Services, and Energy sectors. This role involves partnering with ERU and IX leadership to develop scalable processes, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide data-driven insights that drive growth. Additionally, the position supports post-sales leadership, including Revenue Architects and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by optimizing processes and delivering actionable insights. The role involves leading and maintaining business operating rhythms such as weekly and monthly forecasts, pipeline reviews, demand generation reviews, account reviews, KPI and headcount tracking, and quarterly business reviews. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to develop territory methodologies, headcount models, and capacity planning is also essential. The position champions the effective adoption and innovation of sales tools, including enforcing usage hygiene and identifying new use cases. Furthermore, it requires collaboration with Analytics and BI teams to design reporting and dashboards that enhance visibility into performance, productivity, and pipeline health.

The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Operations or GTM Strategy, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models. Experience supporting sales organizations selling to Fortune 1000 companies and the ability to translate industry-specific dynamics into operational strategies are crucial. Proven success in building territory models, forecasting processes, and headcount or capacity plans is required. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize revenue processes and accelerate sales cycles. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in extracting insights from data (SQL knowledge is a plus), and experience navigating complex tech stacks such as CRM, account planning, account scoring, data enrichment, and productivity tools are essential. Strong organizational and project management skills, along with a high degree of ownership in turning insights into measurable results, are also important.
