Similarweb is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join its high-performing Revenue Marketing team, reporting to the Global Field Marketing Director. This role focuses on developing and executing regional marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and drive pipeline growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales to create innovative marketing solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include building and implementing regional marketing initiatives that generate leads and create pipeline opportunities. The role involves managing regional events from planning through execution, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, onsite activities, lead capture, and measuring return on investment. Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager will support Go-To-Market teams by organizing and presenting campaign and event performance data, optimizing regional marketing expenditures to maximize ROI, and ensuring all field campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and in alignment with the global marketing strategy. Managing daily operations, budgets, vendors, and purchase orders to ensure seamless execution is also a critical aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B or SaaS environment. A proven track record in executing regional events and local campaigns from inception to completion is essential. Strong communication, project management, and vendor management skills are required, as well as proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, coupled with robust data and ROI analysis capabilities. The candidate should be highly organized, adaptable, comfortable managing budgets and multiple priorities, and willing to travel as needed for regional events, meetups, and market activities.
