Field Enablement Partner
The Field Enablement Partner at Everlaw plays a pivotal role in transforming the company's field enablement strategy from general skill development to high-stakes performance consulting. This position focuses on enhancing the sales process and commercial methodologies for emerging segments, particularly the Public Sector and Corporate Legal sectors. The role involves close collaboration with the Product Marketing Team to ensure timely and impactful product launches and go-to-market strategies. By leveraging AI-driven performance data, the Field Enablement Partner aims to implement targeted coaching interventions that directly improve win rates, deal velocity, and customer retention.
Key responsibilities include transforming field enablement into high-stakes consulting, optimizing complex deal stages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Value Engineers, Solution Architects, and Account Executives to drive success. The role also involves deploying AI-powered coaching using tools like Gong to analyze behaviors and skills, co-authoring segment-specific strategies with Product, Product Marketing, AE Leadership, and Sales Operations, and managing global customer success enablement initiatives with clear project plans and success metrics.
Candidates should have at least four years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of two years in Enablement or a client-facing Account Executive role. Strong consultative skills, the ability to influence leadership, and proficiency in data-driven storytelling are essential. A deep understanding of enterprise tech stacks and workflows, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, is also required.
The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 and $182,000 annually, with the final offer depending on the candidate's experience and skills. Additional benefits include an equity program, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid parental leave, and approximately 10 days of sick leave per year.
