Senior Contracts Administrator
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Legal (Public Sector) team in Washington, D.C. This role is pivotal in managing federal and state government contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting the expansion of our public sector business. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The Senior Contracts Administrator will oversee the entire lifecycle of federal and state government contracts, from creation to closeout. Key responsibilities include managing General Services Administration (GSA) contract vehicles, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting the award of other Master Service Agreements. The role also involves actively auditing current contracts to generate compliance reports and handling all vendor registrations to maintain business readiness.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in contract administration, with deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and state and local procurement regulations. Experience in applying government contracting principles to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) commercial models is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with Contracting Officers and Procurement Officers, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be capable of independently building and managing departmental processes. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is required.
The expected salary range for this role is between $141,000 and $179,000, with the final offer dependent upon the candidate’s experience and skills.
