Executive Briefing Center Intern
The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Intern at Celonis will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exclusive and forward-looking experiences around the Celonis platform to a C-suite audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing high-stakes briefings for key clients and partners, contributing to the success of executive engagements.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and other departments to create, plan, and execute impactful customer experiences. The intern will coordinate logistical aspects of briefings, such as scheduling, room setup, and catering arrangements, ensuring flawless execution of events. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the curation and maintenance of meeting content and event documentation, incorporating modern technological concepts and business value.
Candidates should be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, Technology, or a related field. A demonstrated background or passion in premium hospitality or event management, or strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies, is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for creative problem-solving and delivering world-class experiences.
