Executive Assistant to the CCO (Hybrid)
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at KnowBe4 plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Success organization. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the CCO, facilitating efficient management of daily activities within a dynamic cybersecurity company dedicated to enhancing security awareness and training.
Key responsibilities include managing the CCO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating all aspects of meeting logistics. The role also encompasses handling travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as managing expense reconciliations. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will prepare presentations and reports, conduct research for special projects, and serve as a liaison to support customer requests.
The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's Degree and have over two years of experience supporting global C-level executives or individuals of comparable seniority. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities are also critical for success in this role.
