The Client Onboarding Intern will join the Wellbeing Engagement - Onboarding team at Wellhub, a company dedicated to revolutionizing corporate wellness by connecting employees worldwide to top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep through a unified subscription. Based in São Paulo, this role focuses on supporting the implementation of new Enterprise clients, ensuring they have the necessary information, materials, and structure to effectively launch Wellhub to their eligible employees.

Key responsibilities include organizing implementation routines, managing deadlines, follow-ups, and next steps for engagement and communication actions. The intern will assist in organizing and updating client information and materials, creating and adapting communication plans tailored to client profiles, and supporting clients by addressing inquiries throughout their journey. Additionally, the role involves reviewing materials before distribution, monitoring launch progress, preparing presentations and meeting notes, collaborating with internal teams to align on next steps, and contributing to process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidates should be pursuing degrees in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and collaborative tools like Google Workspace. A willingness to learn new tools, including artificial intelligence applications, to improve organization and productivity is highly valued. Curiosity about Wellhub's products, clients, and engagement strategies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams, are important. Proficiency in English is considered a plus.

This internship offers a minimum 12-month experience with a comprehensive development package, including personalized training, individual mentorship, and a challenging project to lead in the first year. A buddy program is in place to support integration and adaptation, ensuring interns feel fully at home.
