Eurofins is seeking an Equipment Compliance Analyst to join our team, ensuring that laboratory equipment is maintained in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. This role involves working within a dynamic environment, contributing to the integrity and compliance of our analytical instruments and supporting the introduction of new technologies.

The primary responsibilities include reviewing instrument calibration and service data for various analytical instruments such as HPLC, dissolution equipment, KF, and stability chambers. The analyst will also support the documentation processes for introducing new equipment or technology, author and update reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and calibration protocols. Additionally, the role involves supporting internal audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with quality systems, and addressing client queries with appropriate support from onsite leadership.

Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or chemistry; significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications. A fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques is essential, along with experience in pharmaceutical product analysis or manufacturing. Proven experience in the validation of analytical equipment within a GMP setting and competency in authoring quality documents based on templates are also required.
