Entry-Level Attorney

The United Firm, also known as La Liga Defensora, APC, is seeking an Entry-Level Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team in Kern, California. This premier law firm offers significant growth opportunities for dedicated attorneys. As an Associate Attorney, you will report directly to the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and collaborate with a team of legal professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on their legal rights, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in pretrial hearings. Your duties will include managing court appearances, trials, drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, and conducting legal research. Additionally, you will analyze case outcomes using legal precedents and manage a caseload effectively.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in criminal defense, with a proven track record in handling complex cases at various levels. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
