The Enterprise Vice President, Head of Latam at Wellhub is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and client retention across Latin America. This position oversees the Enterprise Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, and Channel Partner teams, ensuring cohesive collaboration and strategic alignment within the region. As a key representative of Wellhub, the VP serves as both a cultural ambassador and an external spokesperson, embodying the company's mission to revolutionize workplace wellness.
Key responsibilities include managing and scaling the Enterprise Client Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, and Channel Partner departments. The VP will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified regional strategy. Acting as the primary internal and external reference point, the role involves championing cross-functional topics, maintaining team spirit, and participating in strategic planning discussions to offer insights for future company growth. Additionally, the VP will partner with the PR team to act as an external spokesperson for Wellhub.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with an MBA considered a plus. A proven track record in sales, managing large client portfolios, leading directors, and engaging with C-level stakeholders in complex environments is essential. Experience within large-scale organizations such as financial institutions, global consultancies, or multinational corporations is required. Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills are necessary, along with fluency in English.
