As an Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Talon.One, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our API-first promotion engine for enterprise clients across the Americas. You will lead the technical integration process, ensuring our platform integrates seamlessly into each client's ecosystem. As the primary technical contact for your portfolio, you will proactively monitor API usage, address recurring issues, and manage escalations in close collaboration with our Engineering and Customer Success teams.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of our API-driven platform with clients' systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and managing a portfolio of enterprise customers to ensure retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and the Engineering team to deliver exceptional client service, identify new technology partnerships and integration opportunities, and design effective customer onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or in a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex API integrations for assigned accounts. Experience with SaaS-based products, strong problem-solving skills in technical environments, and excellent written communication abilities are essential. A customer-focused approach, professionalism, and an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making are also required.
