The Enterprise Sales Program Director at Wellhub is a strategic role within the Revenue Strategy and Operations team, based in São Paulo, Brazil. This position focuses on driving growth and operational excellence in the Enterprise business unit by bridging high-level strategy with detailed execution. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to regional Sales leadership, orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs to optimize the sales cycle, and designing initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities include analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from sources such as Salesforce, customer interviews, and market trends to identify growth opportunities within the Enterprise segment. The director will design, launch, and manage high-impact cross-functional programs, ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, the role requires serving as the connection between Go-To-Market leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Channel Partners, and other teams to ensure effective execution and operationalization of regional programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Enterprise SaaS or tech environments, particularly in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Programs. A proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with revenue impact is essential. Experience with US-based stakeholders or companies is required, and global experience is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with advanced Salesforce skills, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of SaaS and financial metrics. Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams are also important.
