The role also entails mapping current customer processes to AI-driven workflows that lead to revenue outcomes, executing adoption initiatives to embed Gong into daily team activities, and utilizing data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that demonstrate Gong's return on investment and strategic value. Additionally, the Enterprise Revenue Architect manages renewal strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire journey.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders. A proven track record in building relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and leading value and ROI discussions is essential. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes, and a passion for driving customer success within a high-performing and accountable work culture.
