Enterprise Account Executive
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth within the APAC region. Gong is a leader in Revenue Intelligence, providing AI-powered solutions that help revenue teams enhance productivity and drive revenue growth by deeply understanding customer interactions and business trends. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to transforming how revenue teams operate.
In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective customers. Your responsibilities include developing tailored account plans, identifying key decision-makers, and effectively communicating Gong's value proposition to generate excitement about our solutions. Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives and Sales Engineers, you will create account-based sales strategies to uncover value for go-to-market department leaders.
The ideal candidate has over 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise-level sales in a greenfield territory. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, successfully closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles, and experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite and CROs are essential. Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and exceptional communication skills are also required.
