Enterprise Account Executive
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Canva, you will be instrumental in expanding our Enterprise solutions, working closely with customers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role is part of our Sales and Success team, which supports Canva Enterprise by empowering organizations to design through a consolidated platform for design, content production, and collaboration. Canva is a leading online design platform that enables users to create a wide range of visual content, from presentations to marketing materials, with ease.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include leading data-driven account planning to identify and engage potential customers, managing pipelines and revenue forecasts using Salesforce, and leveraging compelling storytelling to guide customers on personalized journeys. You will also be expected to exhibit deep product expertise, gather customer feedback to inform the product roadmap, foster long-term relationships with both customers and internal teams, and simplify complex situations into digestible materials using Canva’s suite of tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of customers, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations within a technology company, demonstrating a history of top performance. Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment, is essential. Additionally, the ability to navigate and address complex business challenges, create detailed plans within intricate organizations, captivate audiences during face-to-face meetings, lead successful negotiations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.
Compensation for this role includes a target salary range of $212,000 to $326,000, along with equity packages.
