The Enterprise Account Executive at Axiom Law is a pivotal role within our Commercial business unit, focusing on driving growth through consultative sales to executive-level clients. Axiom is a leading global marketplace for on-demand corporate legal talent, connecting mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with specialized legal professionals. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to transforming the legal industry by providing innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and closing deals, thereby expanding our client base. Building and maintaining durable relationships with clients is essential, as you will define the client experience by inspiring trust and proposing innovative solutions to their legal needs. Regular consultation with C-level executives will be a key aspect of your day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives. Collaboration with the broader commercial team is vital to support and close strategic opportunities, and you will also provide thought leadership to clients while mentoring junior team members internally.

The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B client service with extensive experience in a consultative sales role, consistently exceeding business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. A proven track record in business development initiatives and generating new client logos is essential. Comfort in a senior individual contributor role, along with a comprehensive understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close, is required. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expert judgment are necessary to manage multiple complex deals across various clients and stages. High-impact communication skills, proficiency in presenting to executive-level stakeholders, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems) are also important. A relentless service orientation and the ability to operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment are key attributes for success in this role.

Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $80,000 to $92,500 for roles located in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, which on target would be 65% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Commercial business unit. Final compensation is determined by several considerations, including the quality of your experience and expertise, your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom, your potential for advancement, the market you are located in, and other business considerations.
