Axiom Law is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving the systems, planning frameworks, and processes that underpin our revenue performance. As a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders, the Senior Manager will influence decisions and lead cross-functional alignment to support Axiom's growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include owning and driving end-to-end territory design and segmentation strategy, leading annual and ongoing planning cycles such as territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling. The role also involves defining how revenue performance is measured and operationalized across the business, owning the performance analytics framework, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence go-to-market strategy. Additionally, the Senior Manager will act as a strategic partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, independently leading cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Data teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with over six years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative roles. A proven track record of owning and driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact is essential. Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders at the Director or VP level, and the ability to operate independently and drive decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, are also required.

The annual base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $95,500, with eligibility for a 20% annual bonus, depending on experience.
