ENT Business Development Representative
The Enterprise Business Development Representative at Wellhub plays a pivotal role within the Client Sales team, focusing on identifying and engaging complex enterprise prospects. This position is based in either Miami or New York and requires a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite per week. Key responsibilities include strategic outbound prospecting through various channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and video to identify and engage enterprise prospects. The role involves uncovering complex enterprise opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and buying committees, setting the stage for high-value sales conversations by building ROI and adopting a challenger mindset. Collaboration with Account Executives is essential for the smooth handoff of qualified leads. Additionally, the representative is expected to build strong relationships through consultative selling, nurture long sales cycles, and establish themselves as a thought leader. Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends are also key aspects of the role.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience, not necessarily in sales. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn is preferred. The ideal candidate is tenacious, goal-driven, and possesses a proactive mindset with a passion for driving success. They should be insatiably curious, adaptable to dynamic work environments, coachable with a hunger for development, creative in finding efficient ways to achieve goals, and collaborative, understanding the value of teamwork.
The annual base salary range for this role in New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington is $49,129 - $57,387, with the base salary range for other locations varying. Actual base salary will depend on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the sales incentive plan, with estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $63,867 to $74,603+. Actual OTE will vary based on achievement against specific quotas and relevant performance metrics.
