Engineering Manager, Trading Platform

Topstep is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team within the Trading Platform division, responsible for building and maintaining TopstepX. This platform encompasses order flow and execution, market data, and the services and integrations that support them—real-time systems relied upon daily by thousands of funded traders, where availability, performance, and accuracy are paramount. This role focuses on people leadership, ensuring the team's reliability, quality, and delivery, while also overseeing the team's daily operations in collaboration with senior engineers, other engineering leads, Product, and operations. While occasional hands-on work is welcomed, it is not a primary expectation.
