Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

In this role, you will design and build cloud-native applications using TypeScript and React, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency workloads. Your responsibilities will include developing features, establishing coding standards, and influencing engineering practices across teams to ensure the platform scales effectively with increasing usage and complexity.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in building and operating production-grade systems with user-facing APIs, demonstrating a strong impact on scalability and reliability. A solid full-stack foundation is essential, with expertise in backend API design (TypeScript, GraphQL, REST) and modern frontend development (React, Next.js, TypeScript). Experience in designing and operating scalable, distributed systems, including event-driven architectures and message queues, is crucial. Strong database fundamentals, particularly with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, are also required.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $157,000 to $193,000 annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Additional benefits encompass seven company-paid holidays, generous family leave, front-loaded paid time off, competitive 401(k) matching, and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
