The Engagement Expert - Scalable Journey at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Wellbeing team, focusing on enhancing customer engagement for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs). Based in São Paulo, this position is integral to developing and implementing scalable strategies that streamline onboarding and engagement processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their employees. Wellhub, formerly known as Gympass, is a corporate wellness platform dedicated to connecting employees with top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep, all through a unified subscription model.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive communication and engagement plans to maximize employee adoption of Wellhub services within client companies. The role involves acting as a Project Management Officer (PMO) for SMB clients, leading the engagement process, and creating tailored communication strategies. Additionally, the Engagement Expert will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop scalable recovery actions for clients not meeting engagement goals. Collaboration with onboarding, client success, and other relevant teams is essential to optimize processes and ensure client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, customer journey design, CRM automation, or related fields. Proficiency in developing and executing scalable communication and engagement plans is crucial, along with expertise in CRM systems. Strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication abilities are required. An analytical and data-driven approach is essential, with experience in tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Notion, and Canva being advantageous. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for this role.
