Enablement Analyst
Xometry is seeking an Enablement Analyst to join its Partner Strategy team. In this role, you will develop materials, playbooks, and tools to support the success of Xometry's supplier programs. Rather than managing suppliers directly, your focus will be on creating resources that make onboarding, activation, and engagement processes clear, consistent, and scalable across the supplier network.
As an Enablement Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include creating partner-facing playbooks, guides, and FAQs that detail onboarding procedures, incentives, and best practices. You will also develop internal enablement materials for Operations, Partner Success, and other cross-functional teams. Supporting program launches with clear communications, toolkits, and templates will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will collect feedback on enablement resources and refine materials to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable content. You should be organized and detail-oriented, with experience in producing training or enablement materials. Comfort with collaborating across Marketing, Operations, and Product teams is essential. A creative problem-solver who enjoys building resources from the ground up will thrive in this position.
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in enablement, training, program coordination, or communications. Experience in creating content or resources for external or internal audiences is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
