EMEA Technical Sourcer

Gong is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to join its recruiting team in Dublin, focusing on building a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent across the EMEA region. This role is integral to identifying, engaging, and nurturing candidates for engineering, product, and other technical functions, contributing to Gong's mission of transforming revenue teams through AI-powered solutions.

The Technical Sourcer will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for various technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, and Product. Responsibilities include proactively sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow; building and maintaining robust talent pipelines; and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs. Additionally, the role involves engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach, screening candidates for technical skills and cultural alignment, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in fast-paced environments. A proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging technical talent is essential, along with strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms. Experience hiring for a range of technical roles, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously are also required. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing analytics is beneficial.
