The District Manager for Alo's Italy and Southern Europe region is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously developing all aspects of the designated region's business. This includes employee relations, operations, inventory compliance, client retention, sales and service, development of store leadership teams, and managing store budgets and profitability. The role requires setting financial goals and working closely with headquarters to accomplish business objectives and exceed goals. The District Manager is accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment in alignment with the company’s vision, ensuring that all stores consistently achieve sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, and merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the brand’s retail strategies, such as enhancing customer experience, managing client relations, improving employee performance, and increasing community connectivity to drive brand awareness and store traffic. The District Manager will lead teams by leveraging company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting sales goals, formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term success, set standards and objectives for different stores and departments, and evaluate performance using key metrics to address issues and improve outcomes. Additionally, the role involves proactively networking, teaching, and training store teams to build lasting client relationships and leading with the Alo Sales + Service guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of multi-unit, high-volume retail or related industry experience. They should possess extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and be agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment. A highly motivated individual with a business owner mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit is desired. Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability are essential. The candidate should align with and embody Alo’s guiding principles.
