Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 U.S. offices, is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to join their national team. The Discovery Paralegal will play a pivotal role in supporting a broad litigation portfolio, assisting with investigations, collections, and the organization and maintenance of discovery databases.

In this role, the Discovery Paralegal will work under the supervision of attorneys to perform a range of investigation and collection duties necessary to respond to litigation discovery requests. Responsibilities include obtaining and managing client documents, including electronic data, and identifying potentially relevant materials for each case. The position also involves coordinating efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors, as well as maintaining and organizing evidentiary data and case-related information in accordance with best records management practices.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, with a degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate being a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years of litigation paralegal experience is required. Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Experience with collaboration and work management software is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, is also beneficial.
