The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of direct experience in customer-facing technical management roles, with a strong background in technical and solution-based selling. Proficiency in core data platforms, particularly PostgreSQL or EDB Postgres, is required. The candidate should also possess the ability to deliver technical product presentations, lead product proof-of-concepts, and formulate and implement sales engineering organizational strategies.
