Director - Sales Compensation
Engine is seeking a Director of Sales Compensation to lead the design and implementation of compensation plans for its go-to-market teams. Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $177,100 to $245,000 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
