The Director of Revenue Operations at Similarweb will lead and evolve the company's global Field Revenue Operations function. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the Go-To-Market organization, responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class RevOps engine that drives predictable growth, operational rigor, and executive-level visibility across the entire revenue lifecycle. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Director will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Business Operations leadership worldwide.

Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor to Sales and Business Operations leadership, translating Go-To-Market strategy into execution through data, insights, and operational discipline. The Director will design, implement, and continuously refine Revenue Operations frameworks that align people, processes, data, and technology across the full funnel. Leading regular business reviews, they will provide clear visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and execution risks. Additionally, the role involves defining and governing KPI frameworks across the revenue lifecycle, driving end-to-end Go-To-Market optimization initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to embed AI-driven insights and automation into RevOps workflows.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations within high-growth B2B or SaaS environments, including 3–4 years of people leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams. They should possess deep expertise in RevOps best practices, strong analytical skills to translate complex data into strategic insights, and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, along with strong project management and change leadership skills, are essential.
