Director, Partner Network
The Director, Partner Network at Xometry is responsible for leading and expanding the company's manufacturing partner ecosystem within the Indian market. This role is crucial for enhancing the supply base in India, ensuring partner success, and fulfilling customer orders for both domestic and global demand. The position involves driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to build a resilient, high-performing network.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India, developing and executing regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding. The role also involves establishing efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure Indian partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform.
The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B marketplace leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling supply networks within the Indian manufacturing landscape. A deep understanding of manufacturing technologies such as CNC and injection molding, along with experience in supplier development programs and performance management systems, is essential. Strong leadership and analytical skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in local Indian languages are also required.
