Director of Sales (LATAM) (Fluent in Spanish) (Remote in Florida)
The Director of Sales (LATAM) at KnowBe4 is responsible for leading a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers to drive sales efforts and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets in the Latin American region, excluding Brazil. This role is pivotal in executing revenue strategies and fostering strong relationships with partners to grow net new revenue.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities through close analysis of sales statistics and pipeline reviews, conducting pipeline reviews to ensure meticulous pipeline management and forecasting, and developing partner activities to foster excellent relationships with new and existing partners in the LATAM region. The Director will also conduct weekly business reviews with the Vice President and other sales enablement teams to identify trends and provide feedback on areas of opportunity and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience specifically within the Latin American region and at least 5 years in a leadership role with people management experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience is desirable. Industry expertise in SaaS and cybersecurity is a plus, along with a proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems that deliver significant revenue growth. Fluency in Spanish and English, along with deep cultural awareness of the region, is required.
