Director of Retail Operating Model & Technology

As the Director of Retail Operating Model & Technology at ALO, you will lead the development and implementation of efficient operational routines and technological solutions across our global retail stores. This role focuses on optimizing processes, integrating technology platforms, and enhancing staff scheduling to drive operational excellence and support international expansion.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and adapting weekly and daily operational routines tailored to various store locations and volumes, collaborating with the Workforce Management Team to align labor models with operational needs, and overseeing the retail technology and process improvement roadmap. You will also partner with regional operations teams to assess and adapt operating models for international markets, ensuring scalability and localization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a headquarters-based retail operations role with a focus on technology solutions, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and a proven track record in developing and implementing retail tools that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with expertise in key retail systems such as inventory management and RFID technologies.
