Director of Corporate Systems, ERP

ALO is seeking a Director of Corporate Systems, ERP, to lead the planning, design, and development of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and supporting systems. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Corporate Systems, this role involves collaborating with business partners and leadership to align technological solutions with strategic objectives.

The Director will manage teams and serve as a functional and technical lead on ERP and financial systems, contributing to hands-on design and development. Responsibilities include overseeing system architecture, solution design, and delivery, as well as developing and enhancing systems based on defined requirements. The role also entails leading production support, performing troubleshooting, and coordinating end-user training.

Candidates should have over 10 years of engineering experience with ERP systems such as SAP (S/4 HANA, ECC) or Oracle (Fusion, EBS), including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams. Extensive knowledge of ERP modules related to sales, purchasing, and finance is essential, along with development and coding experience. Familiarity with finance-supporting systems like Coupa, Anaplan, and Concur is also required.

The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $280,000 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. ALO offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
