The Director, Marketplace Marketing at Xometry is a senior leadership role responsible for driving go-to-market strategies and execution for two critical areas: growth within the U.S. Marketplace (buyer-focused) and expansion of the Global Partner network (supplier-focused). This position requires a strategic leader who can set the vision while remaining hands-on in executing high-impact initiatives. The role is pivotal in ensuring that all marketing activities are grounded in market insights and focused on delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and increase market share among U.S.-based buyers. The director will collaborate closely with the Sales organization to develop messaging, competitive insights, and tools that empower the sales team. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that all buyer-facing campaigns and messaging frameworks are informed by the "voice of the buyer," translating market trends into distinctive, audience-centric execution.

The position also focuses on deepening engagement with Xometry's global supplier base, ensuring partners see continuous value in the ecosystem. This includes working with Operations and Network teams to support the recruitment of high-quality global partners through targeted marketing programs. The director will define and amplify the global partner narrative, ensuring it resonates across different regions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Candidates should have over 12 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years leading teams. Experience in tech-based businesses, SaaS, or marketplace environments is strongly preferred, along with a technical or manufacturing background. Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing is essential. The role requires strong creative sensibility, solid analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to translate complex offerings into compelling, audience-relevant value propositions.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
