Director, Marketplace Marketing
The Director, Marketplace Marketing at Xometry is a senior leadership role focused on driving go-to-market strategies for the U.S. Marketplace and expanding the Global Partner network. This position requires a strategic leader who can set the vision and actively participate in executing high-impact initiatives. The role is integral to aligning marketing activities with market insights and ensuring a strong return on investment.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth among U.S.-based buyers, collaborating with the Sales team to develop effective messaging and tools, and ensuring that all buyer-facing campaigns are grounded in the voice of the customer. Additionally, the role involves deepening engagement with the global supplier base, supporting the recruitment of high-quality global partners, and defining a consistent global partner narrative.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Experience in tech-based businesses, SaaS, or marketplace environments is strongly preferred. Essential skills include exceptional cross-functional collaboration, a market-centric mindset, strong creative and analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms like Looker or Google Analytics is also desirable.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 annually, with additional annual bonuses.
