Reporting directly to the Chief Communications Officer, this role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, navigating the complex communications landscape, and building long-term trust, credibility, and brand affinity.
Key responsibilities include developing and leading the overall external communications and social reputation strategy, defining and evolving the company's public voice, and building editorial strategies focused on reputation, thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and trust-building. The role also involves establishing clear communications frameworks, designing and implementing social listening and sentiment analysis systems, and partnering closely with various teams to ensure alignment across communications initiatives.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, external communications, reputation management, or related disciplines, with proven success in developing and leading communications strategies for high-profile brands or rapidly growing organizations. Deep expertise in social reputation management, executive communications, and public engagement strategies is essential, along with significant experience in managing communications for high-profile brands or public figures.
