Director, Accounts Payable
As the Director of Accounts Payable at Xometry, you will lead a team responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function, including invoice processing and vendor payments. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve any disputes that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in accounts payable operations, including process improvement and system implementation. A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience is required. Proficiency in ERP systems and other accounting software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role demands the capacity to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
