Director, Accounting
As Director of Accounting at Conga, you will lead the global accounting function, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial reporting, close processes, and compliance framework. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations and developing scalable processes to support a high-growth SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business leaders to align operational activities with financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the month-end and quarter-end close processes, managing annual audits, and continuously improving accounting operations. You will also drive cross-functional alignment to ensure financial processes scale with the business while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards. This position requires both leadership and hands-on involvement in technical accounting matters.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles within a SaaS or technology-driven organization. A strong expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, and managing close processes is essential. Experience leading teams, developing talent, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also critical. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, and CPA certification is strongly preferred.
