Digital MBA Intern - CRM
Alo Yoga is seeking a Digital MBA Intern to join their team for an immersive 8-week summer program at their Beverly Hills headquarters. This internship offers ambitious students the opportunity to work on high-impact digital strategy projects, combining strategic thinking with actionable outcomes. Interns will gain hands-on experience, present recommendations to senior leadership, and contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives within a fast-paced digital environment.
The primary focus of this role is on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Interns will analyze and recommend improvements for customer retention and engagement, specifically targeting community and OMNI programs. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market and experimentation plans aimed at increasing consumer loyalty, conducting market and competitive research, presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership, and contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives. Additionally, interns will develop strategic frameworks and business cases to support high-impact initiatives and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field, with a graduation date by June 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for digital strategy, e-commerce, and customer experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation creation is required, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential for effective cross-functional teamwork. Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze and analytical tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Heap is considered a plus.
The base pay range for this position is $45 to $50 per hour, representing the current range for the non-exempt position. Actual pay will vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. This internship is open to students who are recent graduates or current seniors with graduation dates in Spring 2025, Winter 2025, and Spring 2026. Unfortunately, candidates graduating in Winter 2026 or later are not eligible at this time.
