Digital Marketing Associate Account Manager

Xometry is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with industrial clients to understand their unique business objectives and design digital strategies that drive tangible outcomes. As the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of industrial clients, you will cultivate strong and trusted partnerships. Your responsibilities include planning, collecting, and documenting client goals and feedback for use by cross-functional teams. You will partner with these teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivering on return on investment. Regular client calls will be conducted to review program key performance indicators, deliverable updates, and overall program progress.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an agency setting. A minimum of one year of client-facing experience and project management is required. Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress is essential. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
