In this role, the specialist is responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of FAQ and email automation channels. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses to support UX writing, managing and optimizing FAQ content, and utilizing data to inform decision-making processes. The specialist also collaborates with technology teams to address product issues and implement enhancements, ensuring a seamless digital experience for users.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience with Ultimate AI and Zendesk integration is mandatory, along with hands-on experience in managing digital customer experience tools such as FAQ management and email automation. Advanced data analysis skills, proficiency in UX writing, and excellent verbal and written English skills are also required.
