Digital Channels Specialist

The Digital Channels Specialist at Wellhub will join the Business Transformation team in Brazil, focusing on enhancing user experience through digital channels. In this role, the specialist will analyze and improve the performance of FAQ and email automation channels. Responsibilities include providing in-depth analyses to support UX writing, managing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with technology teams to resolve product issues and implement enhancements.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in Ultimate AI - Zendesk integration. Proficiency in digital customer experience tools, advanced data analysis skills, and strong conflict resolution abilities are essential. Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
