As a Digital Asset Manager at Canva, you will be responsible for optimizing the distribution and visibility of partner content across the platform. This role involves continuous improvement of content discovery by researching user intent, identifying high-value opportunities, conducting tests, tracking performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner content is effectively surfaced and promoted to enhance user engagement.

Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve content discovery based on user intent and performance signals, building and maintaining an experimentation pipeline, running tests across discovery variables, and tracking performance to inform future strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate promotional activities for key partner moments, support the creation of curated content experiences, and ensure smooth execution of partner launches.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in content strategy, growth operations, marketing operations, or related fields. A proven track record in running optimization programs, strong analytical skills, meticulous tracking and prioritization abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with content management systems, comfort with AI tools for research and experimentation, and a demonstrated interest in content and creative ecosystems are also important.

This is a 6-month contract position based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, working up to 40 hours per week.
