Debt Capital Markets Attorney Canada

Axiom is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Counsel to join its Corporate and Securities team in Toronto, Canada. This role focuses on bond issuances, capital-raising transactions, and covenant structuring, emphasizing high-yield and international debt offerings. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Canadian securities law and SEC regulations governing debt securities, including experience advising on credit ratings, debenture offerings, and complex financing structures. Strong experience executing transactions under the Securities Act of 1933, such as high-yield bonds, Rule 144A offerings, Eurobonds, and EMTN programs, is essential.
