Data Science Lead, Global Creator Platform

The Data Science Lead for the Global Creator Platform will play a pivotal role in building the operating system for creator monetization, connecting top creators with brands seeking to reach their audiences. This position is based in New York, NY, and reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
In this role, the Data Science Lead will design and execute experiments to assess the incrementality and value of creator monetization campaigns. Responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks, conducting lift studies, and performing various tests such as holdouts, geo-experiments, and matched markets. The individual will collaborate closely with buy-side operators on retargeting strategies, analyze campaign exposure data, and translate findings into actionable insights for brand-facing case studies and internal product decisions. Additionally, the role involves working directly with creators, creative leads, sales, and engineering teams to evaluate hypotheses on factors influencing sponsored content conversion.
Candidates should have over seven years of professional experience in data science, ad measurement, or a similar analytics role, with a strong emphasis on experiments that have influenced decisions. Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling, along with fluency in SQL, is required. Experience with data collection, APIs, and integration requirements across digital platforms is essential. A practical understanding of incrementality testing, causal inference fundamentals, and the limitations of last-click attribution is necessary. Experience in environments such as platform creator-monetization or partnerships teams, measurement/incrementality vendors, or in-house/agency brand measurement teams running creator or influencer programs is advantageous.
The target total compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, complemented by an employee equity plan grant, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
