Data & Analytics Manager (Position located in Bengaluru, India)

The Data & Analytics Manager at KnowBe4 will lead the company's data strategy, overseeing a central data team responsible for the data platform and providing analytical support across the organization. This role involves establishing technical direction and business goals to create a unified source of data and analytics, facilitating efficient decision-making.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining data analytics processes and tools aligned with the company's overall data strategy. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, manage and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, oversee daily operations of data projects, and contribute to the development of data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, along with a minimum of five years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst. Essential skills include extensive experience working with US companies, hands-on experience across the full data lifecycle, and proficiency in recruiting and developing high-performing technical teams in the Bangalore market.
