Cyber Security Education Program Manager

Key responsibilities include leading ad-hoc security consulting engagements with various business units such as Finance, Marketing, and GenAI. The role involves embedding directly with these teams to understand their workflows, identify potential security risks, and provide practical, culturally sensitive recommendations. Additionally, the Program Manager will own and expand the Security Champions program beyond its engineering roots, building community-driven security knowledge at scale.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise levels. A solid understanding of organizational cyber security risks, including social engineering, insider threats, and shadow IT, is essential. Experience in implementing processes, writing standards, or developing guidelines to systematically address security risks is required. The role also demands a proven ability to drive projects through other teams with stakeholder buy-in and to support programs that evolve based on feedback for long-term effectiveness.
