CX Training Analyst
The CX Training Analyst at Wellhub plays a pivotal role in equipping frontline teams with the necessary knowledge, skills, and mindset to deliver exceptional customer service. As part of the CX Enablement team in São Paulo, this position focuses on delivering impactful onboarding training sessions and ensuring new hires are well-prepared to succeed. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging onboarding training sessions in both English and Portuguese, monitoring the performance of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to ensure high-quality onboarding experiences, and analyzing post-onboarding data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The role also involves managing and updating training materials, developing educational resources such as quick guides and assessments, and supporting various tasks related to the customer experience onboarding process.
Candidates should have over two years of experience in corporate education, preferably within customer experience contexts, and a solid understanding of adult learning methodologies. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools is essential, along with advanced fluency in English and experience in global environments. Strong public speaking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings are also required.
