Customer Support Specialist
Roofr is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Roofr is a rapidly growing company committed to providing innovative solutions in the roofing industry, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support through live interactions via phone and chat channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers and internal teams with inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing effective solutions. You will also be expected to continuously build deep product knowledge by staying current on our evolving product features and enhancements. Additionally, you will track and update support tickets and activities in our CRM, and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure an outstanding customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of customer support experience, excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills, and experience interacting with a high daily volume of customers via phone, email, and chat. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and familiarity with Zendesk are considered advantageous. We are looking for someone who communicates with confidence and patience, is innovative and solution-oriented, passionate about helping others, naturally curious and proactive about learning, energized by frequent product launches and enhancements, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and pays attention to detail.
The compensation for this position is $60,000.00 CAD.
